Sajo-Jirugi

Meaning: Four Directional Punch

Number of Movements: 15

 Starting Position: Parallel Ready Stance

1.     Move the right foot to A, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.

2.     Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming a left walking stance towards B, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.

3.     Move the right foot to B, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.

4.     Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming a left walking stance towards C, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.

5.     Move the right foot to C, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.

6.     Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming left walking stance towards D, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.

7.     Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.

8.     Bring the right foot back to parallel ready stance towards A.

9.     Move the left foot to A, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.

10. Bring the left foot back the to the right, then move the left foot back forming right walking stance towards D, while executing a low block with the right outer forearm.

11. Move the left foot to D, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.

12. Bring the left foot back to the right foot, then move the left foot back forming right walking stance towards C, while executing a low block with the right outer forearm.

13. Move the left foot to C, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.

14. Bring the left foot back to the right foot, then move the left foot back forming right walking stance towards B, while executing a low block with the right outer forearm.

15. Move the left foot to B, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.

End: Bring left foot back to parallel ready stance.
